I already put your Infinite Bandana on the MGS3 Naked Snake and the MGS1 Solid Snake mod by renaming it and using the bodygrouping of PC Trainer V to apply it. You have to unlock the key item to develop the bandana.
One reduces the chance of major damage by 50% the other gives you infinite ammo. This is old Fraridr mod to change Snakes sneaking suit to XOF unit.
If you want to trigger an easter egg of D-Dog happily jumping on you, set your Date about 5 months into the future, and come back into the game.
And it might be the only headgear for Snake.
